長期胃痛、解黑便 30歲女罹胃癌

胃痛不可輕忽！年僅30歲的李姓粉領族長期有胃痛、解黑便情況，她不以為意、只買胃藥服用緩解，日前到醫院接受胃鏡檢查，發現有2公分胃潰瘍症狀，切片檢查確診為分化不良胃癌，所幸經腹腔鏡半胃手術切除、配合淋巴廓清與輔助性化療，終於揮別胃痛。
胃癌的發生原因很多，亞洲大學附屬醫院肝膽胃腸科主治醫師許樹湖指出，包括遺傳、幽門螺旋桿菌、喜食燒烤醃漬類食物、惡性貧血及慢性萎縮性胃炎等都是危險因子。若位置淺層、分化良好的胃癌，透過胃黏膜下腫瘤切除術即可治療。
特別的是，李女沒有胃癌家族史、也未感染幽門螺旋桿菌，但長期胃痛、解黑便讓她隱隱覺得不對，檢查才知罹患胃癌且局部擴散到淋巴結。許樹湖說，因李女害怕留疤，決定施行3D腹腔鏡執行半胃切除加淋巴廓清，術後身上只有3個小傷口，可清除腫瘤並保留胃功能、降低復發。
許樹湖表示，位居10大癌症死因第7名的胃癌好發於50至60歲中年人，且男性罹患機率較女性多，近年來更有年輕化趨勢，若民眾感覺噁心、上腹痛或脹氣、貧血、解黑便等情況，應儘速就醫檢查。
許樹湖強調，胃潰瘍症狀與胃癌很相似，但兩者在病理、治療方式都不一樣，若接受胃潰瘍藥物治療4周以上症狀無改善，推測有可能為惡性腫瘤，應進一步治療。
布碌崙15學區增建小學 徵詢民意
布碌崙(布魯克林)第七社區委員會和第15學區委員會召開聯合會議，針對計畫在第15學區增建一所小學，提供建設藍圖和講解，吸引不少關注該項目的民眾出席討論。委員會表示，這項計畫將徵集民眾的意見，即日起至12月27日，民眾可把意見電郵至市學校建設管理局(School Construction Authority)。
會議在第七社區委員會辦公室舉行，近30名社區民眾參與討論，主辦方同時邀請為提供建設計畫的市學校建設管理局代表以及市警72分局警員，參與討論，並聆聽當地民眾的各項疑慮。
建設管理局公共關係人員表示，根據計畫，這間小學作為布碌崙公立第一小學(The Bergen Elementary School)的附屬學校，占地1萬5000平方呎、可容納約322名學生，將建設在日落公園2大道和3大道間46街上。
另外，建成的學校擁有完善的健身房設備、咖啡廳、圖書館和音樂廳，雖是完善的獨立校園，但仍然連接第一小學，是其附屬出來的校園，兩者的學生和工作人員可互相進出。
當局表示，尋找一個適合的地段建設校園並不容易，考量日落公園人口和地區都非常擁擠，又要尋找一個離主校區不遠的地方，目前的建設地段是最合適的。
但仍有部分民眾表示，新學區處於工業發達地域，未來孩子上下課間會造成嚴重的交通問題，對孩子和家長的安全都會造成威脅，同時對當地的商家也並不公平，極可能影響他們的生意。
主辦方表示，該計畫將會開發45天的時間徵集民眾的想法，進行各項評估後，才正式步入建設程序。當天無法出席會議的民眾，可通過電郵至sites@nycsca.org提供意見，截止日期為12月27日(周四)。
