許多人長期受便秘困擾，讓不少人選擇以「浣腸」幫助排便。近日，有網友不經意看到日本網紅正妹亞明（やみん）去年自拍的「浣腸」實驗影片，因內容太好笑，又再度引起討論；影片中，網紅亞明浣腸後挑戰朗讀文章，看看自己能不能撐3分鐘，沒想到不到一分就爆發，忍不住跑廁所，讓網友看後笑翻了。

不過，有醫學報導指出，排便不順、便秘，不少人會到藥局自行購買浣腸劑或軟便劑使用，但經常性使用這些助排便的藥物，長期使用可能會產生依賴性！建議還是尋求專科醫生較可靠。

徐生明少棒賽今（18）日進行第2天的預賽賽程，屏東縣復興國小碰上韓國東幕少棒以1：11不敵對手，但小選手們都相當興奮能和韓國球隊比賽，場邊更數度唱起王柏融的加油歌，原來全隊的偶像都是學長王柏融，目前小六的王牌投手李柏勳，也被隊友們取了「柏勳大王」的封號。
