許多人長期受便秘困擾，讓不少人選擇以「浣腸」幫助排便。近日，有網友不經意看到日本網紅正妹亞明（やみん）去年自拍的「浣腸」實驗影片，因內容太好笑，又再度引起討論；影片中，網紅亞明浣腸後挑戰朗讀文章，看看自己能不能撐3分鐘，沒想到不到一分就爆發，忍不住跑廁所，讓網友看後笑翻了。

不過，有醫學報導指出，排便不順、便秘，不少人會到藥局自行購買浣腸劑或軟便劑使用，但經常性使用這些助排便的藥物，長期使用可能會產生依賴性！建議還是尋求專科醫生較可靠。

講座／小兒泌尿道感染
（優活健康網新聞部／綜合報導）幼兒無法正確表達不適，其實不明原因發燒是孩子泌尿道感染最重要的警訊。最常見的是細菌由排尿口上行至泌尿道，因寶寶的屁屁泡在尿布裡，家長若不注意清潔與定期更換尿布，細菌會沿著排尿口往上感染泌尿道。
有鑑於此，雙和醫院將於10/8（一）舉行小兒衛教講座，由李雯玲衛教師分享，針對「泌尿道感染」給予詳盡的解釋及說明。講座內容豐富，歡迎家長們及關心家庭保健知識的民眾踴躍參加！
