32萬流感疫苗處置疾管署等食藥署給建議

（中央社記者陳偉婷台北16日電）疾管署副署長莊人祥今天回應賽諾菲一劑流感疫苗變色事件時表示，食藥署會做出最後研判，看同批號疫苗要回收或可繼續用。若建議續用，疾管署將邀集專家討論。

公費流感疫苗10月15日開打，但10月26日、27日分別傳出賽諾菲疫苗變色及國光生技疫苗有懸浮物事件，同批號超過32萬劑已全數停用。

賽諾菲藥廠15日將事件檢討報告提供給衛生福利部食品藥物管理署，食藥署今天下午舉行記者會公布，疫苗變色事件可能因針劑的「膠塞」品質不良，導致重複硫化反應，接觸到疫苗藥劑後溶出，才會變成咖啡色，是全球唯一一例變色事件。

衛福部疾病管制署副署長莊人祥受訪時表示，藥廠提出調查報告，但疾管署還需等食藥署做出最後的研判。可能的方向包含同批號疫苗須回收，屆時疾管署會跟藥廠討論回收事宜，並討論換貨或其他處理方式。

莊人祥說，食藥署也可能建議，除瑕疵疫苗外，同批號疫苗沒問題、可以續用；此時疾管署就會召集專家會議討論，考量民眾信心及防疫需求，看疫苗應該如何處理。若決定續用，也要有配套措施讓民眾有信心。

今年公費流感疫苗接種踴躍，截至14日，已施打377萬劑，比去年同期多了44萬劑。（編輯：卞金峰）1071116
